In no way it let me go over the H200 "bios" and since it does that before the motherboard bios, i can't load FreeDOS in order to flash it. My problem started after plugging the card and booting the computer. I had the intention to flash it to IT mode in order to do software RAID. Thing is, the motherboard has only 4 SATA ports so I bought a used Dell PERC H200 with the right SAS to SATA cables and all. I recently bought an old Dell Optiplex for simple file and media sharing over LAN with a few HDD I had lying around. ![]() This is my first post ever so I hope I`m at the right place to find answers. You need an 8087 Forward Breakout Cable One cable will do 4 drives. Anyways, the RAID card has 2 pins on it and there is a cable that that connects to a 4 pin connection on the riser. ![]()
